The Welcome reception will be organised at Hilton Hotel Budapest, the venue of the Conference and is included in the registration fee and open to all registered participants, exhibitors and included in the accompanying package.
Monday, 8 October, 17.30 Excursion to Domonyvölgy for a country dinner with
horse-show
Short description of the programme:
Equestrian Show
Guests arriving at the Equestrian Park will be offered fresh-made leavened biscuits,
pálinka (Hungarian brandy) and mineral water in the inn's yard. After the welcome, the
guests proceed to the tribune to watch the equestrian show:
- Four-hand driving, pony carriage driving ,
- Nomad horsemanship show – shooting arrows from horseback at stationary and flying
targets, show of nomad weaponry, jumping over a fire,
- Range men's stunts: Making the horse lie down and “sit”
- Whip snapping , range men's competition,
- Fun competitions with the involvement of the guests : Knocking down bottle using a whip,
- Wagon drawn by four oxen ,
- Humorous show with trained donkey ,
- Hungarian Post with five horses ,
- Fun competition with guests,
- Queen Elisabeth's (Sisi's) equestrian show in contemporary attire, riding on a
side-saddle ,
After the programme participants walk back to the inn, where they will be served
Hungarian dinner specialties. The dinner is accompanied by Hungarian gipsy music

Tuesday, 9 October, 19.30 Banquet on the “Európa” boat - Sponsored by

Join us to experience the most beautiful illuminated sights of Budapest from the
blue highway of the capital, the River Danube. An atmospheric dinner cruise with dinner,
music and dance will guarantee superb entertainment for this evening. The boat will start
from the Buda from Szilágyi Dezső Square at 20.00 and will arrive at the same place at
around 23.00. Bus transportation is provided.

Synagogue and Budapest sightseeing tour
The first program will be a sightseeing in the Buda side of the city by bus. Among
several famous sights, the following places will be visited: Buda Castle, Matthias Church,
Fisherman's Bastion, Gellért Hill, Citadel, etc.
The tour continues with the visit of the Synagogue
After a guided tour in the largest Synagogue in Europe, sightseeing in the Pest side:
Heroes' Square, Basilica, Opera House etc.
Lunch is not included in the programme.

| Tuesday, 9 October, Gödöllő tour This is a half day guided tour by bus to
the former summer residence of Queen Elisabeth which is near to Budapest. The town's
greatest treasure and draw for tourists is its 250 years old Royal Palace. Visitors can
see the living quarters of Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elizabeth (Sissi).
Bus transportation, English-speaking guide, entrance fee, welcome cocktail, coffee and
pastries are included in the programme.
