We provide a detailed cost breakdown in the frame of a budget and make the final accountancy according to the corresponding receipts. Do you deal with big meetings only?

The smallest meeting we have ever organised was about for 30 persons. The biggest over 1200 but once we assisted a very big event of 3500 people. We think that if you chair a meeting to be attended by 100 participants then it is the most important for you. If attended by 1000 people, then of course that will be the one. Our objective is that your meeting should be accomplished smoothly and successfully within the targeted budget regardless of its scale.

Do you work only in Budapest?

Most of our meetings are held in Budapest. We believe that our capital is one of the best venues not only in Europe, but also in the world. In spite of this, we certainly hold meetings throughout the country, because there are many interesting and attractive places outside Budapest as well.

Do you manage only international congresses?

Not only, but it is true, most of them are listed in the category of the international association meetings. The rest is domestic and attended by only Hungarian participants. Both are equally important to us.

Are you specialised in a particular kind of meeting?

Mostly we organise conferences on natural sciences and medicine and our know-how is mainly concentrate on the works challenged by this segment. But we are also involved in the management of exhibitions and corporate meetings
