IDDRG2007Instruction to speakers

Lecture hall will be equipped with an LCD Projector (beamer) linked to a laptop. Power Point software will be installed on the laptop. Preferred file format is in PPT for MS Office (Office XP, Office 2003, etc.). Please, do not use MAC file format and make sure to bring your presentation file written on a properly closed CD ROM, or USB pen drive. It is recommended that you ensure a backup file as well. There will be a technician in the lecture room to assist you with your presentation. Please hand in your files (on properly labelled media) to the technician during one of the breaks well in advance, preferably one day earlier before your presentation, for checking it and loading it to the PC in the lecture room. A laptop for editing will also be available.

The time devoted for oral lectures is 20 minutes, including time for questions.

 

IDDRG2007Poster Printing

Dear Poster Presenter,

We would like to inform you that we have introduced a new service for your convenience. We hereby offer you the possibility to print your poster locally, so that you do not have to be bothered with the production and transportation of your poster.

The posters will be printed on a standard standing A/0 size (84 x 119 cm - 1 sqm) 170g/sqm photobase paper. The price of the service: 34 €/poster, including VAT.

To take advantage of this service you should comply with the following terms:

1. You should be a registered participant

2. You should have an accepted poster presentation

The process of the service is as follows:

1. Order the service by e-mail posterprint@diamond-congress.hu

2. Upload your poster file to our server

3. You HAVE TO receive a confirmation about the file quality from the organisers

4. Payment

5. Confirmation on the payment and completeition of your poster

6. Pick up your poster at the registration desk of the conference

Payment method: Advanced payment is necessary to print your poster. It can be made by bank transfer or credit card. If the service is not paid until the beginning the conference, it should be paid latest at the time

Resolution: 300 dpi, pdf format, 5cm margins, with crop marks
