We recognised in time that our industry, like most branches of others, has been challenged by the rapid development of information and communication technology. Since 1999 we have been working very hard to match our services to our clients’ new requirement born by these challenges. Continuous developments and investments finally reached the phase that we could launch our own software system in 2002, which incorporates our existing registration, database handling, invoicing and submission programmes, into ONE single “mega software”.
The main reason for developing our own registration, booking and submission system is that, we did not find any other systems on the market that can satisfactory fulfil our high reliability and functionality requirements, while working in a rational and user-friendly way, on both client and administrator sides. This software fundamentally takes advantages of the Internet services, but at the same time, it takes into account the very strict Hungarian praxis for accounting, which we believe is one of the most serious one in Europe.

handling of pre-registrations of the participants who can write their own records via the Internet,

online submission and of abstracts and full papers (password protected),

full assessment and review procedure managed by the web site and directly link to our database (password protected),

arrange online booking at different category hotels with immediate occupancy control,

registration and payment processing in encrypted format (128 bit SSL)

access to each record is password protected and needs to have prior authorisation by the organisers,

it enables some committee members and organisers to have read only access to some information, mostly details and files of submitted publications,
